What we collect

When you use a Narclyze tool (Conversation Analyzer, Dark Personality Test, Toxic Text Scanner, Defense Playbook, or the free Clarity Test), the text you submit is sent securely to our AI provider (Anthropic) for real-time analysis and is not stored on our servers afterward.

If you subscribe to Full Access or join our free newsletter, we collect your email address (and name, if provided) to manage your subscription and send you the content you signed up for.

If you pay for Full Access, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To generate the analysis you requested and show it back to you.
• To manage your subscription and send billing-related emails via Stripe.
• To send newsletter content you opted into via Mailchimp, if you subscribed.
• To understand aggregate site usage via Google Analytics (anonymized traffic data — see our Cookie Policy).

We never sell your data. We never use your submitted conversations to train AI models or share them with any third party beyond the AI provider processing your specific request.

Third parties we work with

• Anthropic — processes the text you submit to generate your analysis.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments.
• Mailchimp — manages our email newsletter list.
• Google Analytics — aggregate, anonymized site traffic.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you (your email address and subscription status) at any time by contacting support@narclyze.com. Since we don't store the content of your analyses, there is nothing further to delete on that front once your session ends.
