Billing questions
How much does Full Access cost?
Full Access costs $19 per month, billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe.
What does the free plan include?
Free Access costs nothing and needs no credit card. The 30-second Clarity Test needs no signup, every Conversation Analyzer analysis shows a free preview (the strongest finding, with its exact quote, percentage and explanation), and all articles and guides are free to read. To read the rest of a report you can unlock that one report with a one-time payment, or take Full Access.
How do I pay, and is my card information safe?
You pay by card on a Stripe checkout page. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, and Narclyze never sees or stores your card number. If you have a promotion code, you can enter it at checkout.
When am I charged, and does it renew?
Full Access is billed monthly and renews automatically each month until it is cancelled.
How do I cancel?
Email support@narclyze.com from the address you signed up with. We will process the cancellation before your next billing date.
What about refunds?
Our Terms of Service do not set out a refund policy. If something went wrong with a charge, email support@narclyze.com. We typically reply within 1 to 2 business days.
Is Narclyze a substitute for therapy or emergency help?
No. Narclyze is an educational tool. It cannot diagnose anyone, it can be wrong, and it does not replace professional help. If you are in danger, use the support lines at the bottom of this page.
